Store Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

In-stock items ship within three business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Made-to-order pieces require approximately three to five weeks for production before shipping.

Orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS Standard (2–7 business days) or USPS Second Day (2 business days), fully insured with tracking and signature confirmation. Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $55 per item with a retail value under $5000. Shipping rates on items over $5000 vary on value and destination. 

International orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and declared value.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

To initiate an exchange request within 7 days of purchase, please contact info@kristinhanson.us. Additional instructions will be provided via email. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligible items may be exchanged within seven days of purchase. All exchanges are subject to approval. Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange. Made-to-order, altered, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Kristin Hanson does not offer cash refunds for any in-store or online purchases.

JEWELRY CARE & REPAIRS

Kristin Hanson is committed to the longevity and craftsmanship of every piece. Jewelry repairs are complimentary for the first six months following purchase. After six months, repair services remain available for an additional charge.

All shipping and handling costs associated with repairs are the responsibility of the client. Our studio is happy to assess each piece individually and provide guidance to ensure your jewelry continues to be worn and enjoyed for years to come.
